President of the Institute of Compared Strategy from Sorbona, Herve Coutau-Begarie, is in visit between March 13 and 15 to Carol I National University of Defense.

The French guest, Professor at the Interarms College of Defense from Paris, has meetings with the researchers from the Center of Strategic Studies of Defense and Security and the specialists from the Security Department. Also, Professor Coutau-Begarie will have a conference on Strategy - Geostrategy Relationship in the Contemporary Military Theory and Geostrategic Methods Used in Analyzing the Conflicts and Political Crisis at the end of the Cold War.

Wednesday, March 15, the first volume of the Romanian version of the Treaty of Strategy written by Professor Coutau-Begarie will be launched in the Aula of Carol I National University of Defense.
