A delegation from the National University of Defense Carol I participates between April 3 and 6, 2006 in the colloquium on Changes of Military Strategy in the 21st Century organized by the National University of Defense from Poland.

During the scientific activity in Warsaw, the Romanian delegation headed by Constantin Mostoflei, director of the Center for Strategic Studies of Defense and Security from the National University of Defense will present the documents in force on Romania's security and military strategy and the doctrine of the armed forces joint operations.

The activity aims to set into value the issues of security and defense and to contribute in increasing the Romanian-Polish relations in high educational military system.
