A delegation headed by the chief of the Navy Staff, Rear Admiral Dr. Gheorghe Marin participate in the Annual Reunion of the Navy Commanders from the Black Sea and the Reunion of the Committee of Navy Commanders from the Group of Naval Cooperation in the Black Sea (BLACKSEAFOR) in Sankt Petersburg, Russian Federation.

The debates will approach the issues of security in the Black Sea, the development of the Black Sea Harmony operation and the process of transformation of the BLACKSEAFOR.

They will also analyze the BLACKSEAFOR possible participation in the Cooperative Mako 06 NATO/PfP exercise, developed by the Romanian Navy in June, this year.
