TEAM DACIA 2006 Romanian-US aviation exercise will be developed between May 16 and 25, 2006 on Mihail Kogalniceanu Airdrome, Constanta County. The Romanian Air Force participate in this exercise with a detachment of 4 MiG-21 LanceR and an IAR 330 MEDEVAC helicopter and the US part participate with 2 C 130 Hercules planes.

The exercise is focused on training and increasing the interoperability in common air actions, low fly on pre-established routes and air interception missions, parachuting the containers, take-offs and landings using the night vision equipment.

TEAM DACIA 2006 is continuing the series of the Romanian - US exercises developed in Romania in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
