A military delegation headed by General dr. Eugen Badalan, chief of Romanian General Staff visits Greece between May 24 and 26, 2006 invited by Admiral Panagiotis Chinofotis, chief of General Staff of Hellenic National Defense.

General Badalan and Admiral Chinofotis will approach during the official meetings the stage of cooperation between the two armed forces, modality of meetings and increase of bilateral military relations.

They will present information on the process of transformation within the two armed forces, and the lessons learned in the Romanian and Greek armed forces participation in multinational operations. The Hellenic part will present the expertise in NATO-EU relation in defense planning.
