The Convocation of the advisors of the commanders for the Romanian Army warrant officers and non-commissioned officers is organized in Sibiu between May 29 and 30, 2006.

The activity will be hosted by the School of Application for Combat Support Units with participation of 140 warrant officers, NCOs and guests. The main aims of this Convocation are the improvement of internal communication and the strengthening of the spirit of caste for a better motivation in fulfilling their missions.

The debates will aim the conception of forming and increase of professionalism of warrant officers and non-commissioned officers and the ways of advising the commanders on this personnel specific issues.

During the meeting with the chief of the Army Staff, Lieutenant General Dr. Sorin Ioan the advisors of commanders will present the particularities of the activity developed by the warrant officers and non-commissioned officers in the theaters of operations and the issues on modernization and standardization of training.
