State Secretary and chief of Department for Euro-Atlantic Integration and Defense Policy, Ion Mircea Plangu met Marc Perrin de Brichambaut, OSCE General Secretary at the Ministry of National Defense headquarter, today, June 6, 2006.

During the meeting the two officials approached the security in the enlarged Black Sea region and the situation in the Western Balkans.
