A protocol of cooperation between Carol I National University of Defense and Zrinyi Miklos National University of Defense will be signed in Oradea, Friday, June 9, 2006.

The document stipulates the organization in common of the master studies, the teaching and the diplomas being in English, based on the transferable system of credits, developed in modular system, one module in each of the two Universities.

The two Universities will initiate the exchanges of professors and students and will achieve a base of common didactic materials.

The activity enlists the present concerning of the Romanian military education leaders in finding out new creative and effective ways for an instructive and educational process according to the standards of a modern education.
