Funerals with military honors of 2nd Lieutenant (post mortem) Ionel Gheorghita Dragusanu, lost in mission in Afghanistan will occur Saturday, June 24, 2006, at 15.00 in the graveyard of Basarabi in the presence of the MoND leading personalities.

The mass will occur at 13.300 hours in the church, and around 14.30 hours a commemorative plate will be uncovered in the memory of the hero Ionel Gheorghita Dragusanu at the Monument of the Heroes in Basarabi. The body is now deposited at the Military Cercle in Basarabi (str. Gl. Vasile Milea nr.4-5).
