The military ceremony occasioned by the return from Iraq of the last Detachment of the 280th Infantry Battalion and the Combat Flag will occur Friday, July 28 at 09.30 a.m. on Otopeni Military Airport.

For six months the Romanian military participated in Antica Babilonia VI operation and performed about 1,500 missions of patrol and escort, guard and training of the Iraqi military structures for the establishment of peace and stabilization of the country.
