"BREEZE 2003'' maritime exercise will be developed within the PfP spirit in the territorial sea of Bulgaria and the international waters of the Black Sea between July 12 and 19, 03. The exercise aims to increase the interoperability and the cooperation between Navy of the participating countries exercising NATO procedures for military operations in crisis situation.
The program of the activities comprises the anti-submarines and communications exercises, anti-air firings, exchange of personnel, maneuvers and sea evolutions.

Participants to this exercise will be staff and navy officers from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine and one observer from Great Britain. The corvette "Contraamiral Eustatiu Sebastian" commanded by Captain-commander Constantin Olteanu represents our country.
