VIPER LANCE 2006 Romanian US exercise will occur between August 9 and 25 on Mihail Kogalniceanu Military Airdrome, Constanta County with the participation of the USAFE F16 airplanes of the 22nd Squadron from Spangdahlem Air Base, the and MiG 21 LanceR from the 86 Fetesti Air Base.

This is the first edition of the exercise aiming the training in common of the Romanian and the US pilots in mix formations during the joint air operations and low altitude flights.

Thursday, August 24, on Mihail Kogalniceanu Military Airdrome will occur the Day of Distinguished Visitors with the participation of military and civil personalities and mass media representatives.
