Serbian Defence Minister visits Romania

Serbian Defence Minister, Zoran Stankovie, is the head of a delegation that pays a visit to Romania, between September 12 to 13, at the invitation of Romanian Defence Minister Teodor Atanasiu.
The agenda of the talks include issues referring to the developments of the security environment in South-Eastern Europe and the extended area of the Black Sea, to Romania's experience as related to NATO, to the bilateral military cooperation, to the anti-terrorist campaign, to the situation on the theatres of operations of Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Serbian Defence Minister will also be received at the Romanian Presidency, the Government and the Deputy Chamber's Commission of Defence, Public Order and National Security. The delegation will visit the National Defence University, the Simulation Training Center and the College of Crisis Management and Multinational Operations.

On Tuesday, September 12, at 01.25 p.m., ministers Atanasiu and Stankovie will make press statements at the MoD Hq. The journalists accredited by the MoD will be met for access at Gate 3 (entrance by Marriott Hotel), between 01:00 and 01:20 p.m.
