Soldier Musteata Florin from the Military Unit 01191 Lipova, Arad County was shot Sunday, September 17, 2006 at 6.30 p.m. by a military on duty of guard.

The Unit medical team had no success while granting him the first aid. The soldier, 21 years old, unmarried was conscripted in October 2005 at Timis Territorial Military Center.

A commission of the Joint Logistic Command and Timis Military Prosecutor's Office is investigating the accident.
