A German delegation headed by Colonel Dietger Lather is visiting National Defence Academy Carol I, as agreed upon in the bilateral military education program.

On this occasion, the specialist in Psychological Operations will introduce two lectures: The German Psychological Operations and Psychological Operations Centre in Germany and The German Psychological Operations Experience in NATO Response Force, in the University aula, on Thursday, October19.

The German guests will be introduced in the education strategy in National Defense Academy Carol I and the training conditions offered by the Command and Staff College.
