The 5th Meeting of the graduates and experts affiliated to the Black Sea Security Program of Harvard University, Massachusetts, U.S.A., on The New Security Challenges in the Enlarged Black Sea Region will take place at the National Military Club, October 23-25.

Over 30 experts from the NATO and EU leading structures, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Moldova, Russian Federation, Republic of Moldova, the United States of America, Turkey, Ukraine and Romania will attend the meeting.

The presentations will analyze the risk factors and cross-border threats, and will be a good opportunity to exchange the experience on the structural reforms in the security field, on the best ways of communicating in order to strengthen international cooperation on issues related to the Black Sea Region.
