Our hearts go to the families and friends of the helicopter crew members, who lost their lives in the tragic accident of October 24. We will continue to do everything in our power, both morally and materially, to ease the pain of losing Colonel Air Force Adrian Marinescu, 1st Lieutenant Air Force Adrian Cioarba and WO Constantin Hurchi.

We lost three experienced colleagues, whose wings were broken much too early. We bow in respect for the highest sacrifice they made while doing their duty.

Unfortunately, nothing and nobody will be ever able to alleviate the pain of the mourning families. Now, more than ever, they need our support and we stand by their side.
We are sad and find it hard to accept the loss of these members of our military family. We are convinced that all Romanians stand by the side of the Romanian troops, who need their support.
May God rest them in peace!
