Ministry of National Defense will temporarily take over from the Ministry of Internal Affairs the guard missions of the international airports Otopeni, Timisoara and Mihail Kogalniceanu. Due to setting in force the measures established by the Supreme Council of Defense of the Country on strengthening the guard and the defense of the important objectives according to the Decision of the Government of Romania No. 300 from March 20, 03.

The airports will continue to be open to the civilian traffic and will be served by the existing persons.
