The Institute for Political Studies of Defense and Military History and the National University of Defense Carol I in cooperation with the Institute of National Strategic Studies of the National University of Defense from Washington and George C. Marshall Center from Garmisch (Germany) are organizing between February 11 and 13, at the National Military Cercle, in Bucharest, the Reunion of the group of experts of the Working Group on the Black Sea Enlarged Region.

The Reunion is developed under the aegis of the PfP Consortium of the Academies of Defense and the Institutes for Studies of Security and will debate the Traveling Contact Teams Projects for the creation of an academic and educational network in security and defense studies and promotion of a common vision on the security in the Black Sea Enlarged Region.
