The Romanian Air Force develops its air operational transport capability by checking on delivery for a C 130 Hercules, H type. The activity will occur Wednesday, February 14 at 11 a.m. at the 90th Air Transport Base.

The plane was purchased in 2004 by non-repayable funds entirely ensured by the US government and till now it was in the United States for maintenance and modernization of the communication and navigation systems. This modernization allows the plane to fulfill complex missions, observing the requirements of the theaters of operations and the norms of navigation on international air routes.
