Minister of Defense will participate Thursday and Friday, March 1 and 2, in Wiesbaden, Germany in the Informal Reunion of Defense Ministers from the European Union member states.

On the Reunion agenda, among other issues, there are inscribed the analyze of the themes on the operations the European Union is developing in different areas and the operations it could assume for the future time. They will also have talks on the EU cooperation with NATO and the UN and on the European Agency of Defense and the military EU capability.

The Informal Reunion of Defense Ministers from the European Union member states in Wiesbaden is the first Reunion at this level in which Romania is part in, as the European Union member state.
