Chief of General Staff of the Croatian Armed Force , in Romania

A military delegation headed by the chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, General Josip Lucic is in Romania between March 20 and 22, invited by his counterpart, Admiral Gheorghe Marin.

The two officials talks will be focused on the stage of cooperation between the Croatian and Romanian Armed Forces and the ways of strengthening and increase of the military bilateral relations.

During the meeting, there will occur the mutual information on the process of transformation of the two Armed Forces and the data on the participation in the international missions stressing on the peace support operations the two countries are participating in. Another issue of talks is the security in the Western Balkans.

General Lucic's visit in Romania will also comprise the meeting with the representatives of ROMTEHNICA and the Department of Armaments and the military of the 21st Mountain Battalion who will present a demonstrative exercise in Cheile Rasnoavei.
