Senior Sergeant Ioan Constantin from a Romanian sub-unit deployed in Afghanistan suffered an accident during the patrol mission in Herat province.

The soldier was evacuated to the Spanish military hospital in Heart for the specialized medical care.

Now, the Romanian military is out of any danger.
