Chief of General Staff, Admiral Ph.D. Gheorghe Marin met Thursday, May 24, at the MoD HQ the military attaches of NATO members accredited in Bucharest.

The meeting, part of the usual activity of information occurring between the General Staff leaders and the military diplomats of the allied countries, mainly aimed the presentation of arguments for the revision of the Strategy of Transformation of the Romanian Armed Forces and the new elements of the document approved in the working session of the Supreme Council of Homeland Defend, March 29, 2007 .

The military attaches thanked for the information and showed their interest for some specific issues, such as operationalization, transformation and affirmation of military structures destined to NATO, professionalization of the Army and management of the military medical system.
