The military of the 812th Infantry Battalion from Bistrita, deployed in Qalat, Afghanistan received Tuesday, May 29, the visit of SACEUR commander, US General John Craddock and Sorin Ducaru, ambassador of the Permanent Delegation of Romania to NATO.

The commander of Task Force Zabul, Major Ovidiu Uifaleanu presented the state of security in the province, the main missions fulfilled by the Romanians in securing the highway no.1 and the around and the possibility to increase the Provincial Reconstruction Team projects in cooperation with the Task Force Zabul in Qalat area.
