Celebration of the Day of the Military Press will occur Monday, July 23, starting 12 a.m. at the National Military Cercle, the Marble Hall, occasioned by the 148th anniversary, July 23, 1859, of the first Romanian military publication, Observatorul military (Military Observer).

Representatives of the MoD leaders, of the Services, institutions of art and culture, military in reserve, military and civilian journalists, collaborators, correspondents and friends of the military media are invited to participate in this celebration.

During the event, the diplomas will be offered to the military journalists and leaders who served, promoted and supported the military press along the time.
