Deputy Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Sorin Ioan will represent between August 14 and 16, the Romanian Armed Forces to the celebration of the Day of the Polish Armed Forces.

In Warsaw, General Sorin Ioan will participate in the military ceremony of change of guard at the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, will lay wreaths at the monument of Marshall Pilsudski and will visit a military equipment show.

The Deputy Chief of General Staff will participate to the meeting between the representatives of NATO states participating in the celebration and the President of the Republic of Poland, Mister Lech Kaczynski and the Minister of National Defense, Mister Aleksander Szczyglo.
