A detachment of 9 military professionals from the 2nd Joint Operational Command Maresal Alexandru Averescu, commanded by Captain Gabriel Stan and 12 German military commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Hans-Jurgen Bindernagel will participate between August 16 and 30, in the Camp to look after the war graves in Buzau garrison.

The Camp is organized according to the stipulations of the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on the war Romanian graves in Germany and the war German graves in Romania, ratified by the Law no. 170/1997.

Already a tradition of cooperation between the two armed forces, the activity aims the rehabilitation of graves and commemorative issues in the memory of the military who participated in the two World Wars.
