Defense Minister, Teodor Melescanu and the director of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Ph.D. Mihail Orzeata will visit Friday, August 24, the military units and institutions of education in Pitesti garrison.

The delegation of specialists from the General Staff and the Army Staff, headed by the Minister of Defense, will meet the personnel of the Army Military School of NCOs and the School of Training for Combat Mihai Viteazu.

This occasion, the MoD leaders will be informed on the process of education and training of the military, on the students and didactical personnel's living condition and social problems.

The visit in Arges military units will continue the series of activities Minister Teodor Melescanu performs, for finding out and solving the problems on the increase of quality of life of the military and civilian personnel and the continuation of the process of reform of the military education.
