General David McKiernan, commander of the US Army, Europe and Lieutenant General Ph.D. Ioan Sorin, deputy chief of General Staff will have Wednesday, August 29, at 2.30 p.m. in Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, the first press conference since the US troops installation in the facility set at disposal by the Romanian state.
