Second Lieutenant, post mortem, Aurel Marcu who died on duty in mission in Afghanistan will be transported by a Romanian Air Force military plane, Saturday evening, September 8, 2007.

After the arrival of the plane, at the 90th Air Transport Base, will occur a military and religious ceremony and will be presented the order of the Defense Minister, Teodor Melescanu on the appointed in post mortem rank of Second Lieutenant, for the Senior Sergeant Aurel Marcu.

The funerals will occur Sunday, September 9, in Matasaru Village, Dambovita County, in the presence of MoD and General Staff's officials.
