The Defense Minister, Teodor Melescanu signed today the Order of appointment in rank of post mortem Second Lieutenant Grosaru Ioan and asked the President of Romania for the decoration of the military who died on duty in Iraq.

The Romanian military died this morning September 21, during a mission of patrol near Tallil base.
