The internal Commission for the analyze of notifications based on Law no. 10/2001, headed by Major General Tudor Munteanu, chief of Department for Parliament Liaison and Public Information, had a session today, September 20, at the Directorate of Domains and Infrastructures.

On the agenda there was the proposal for the pass of different terrains from public domain into the private one of state and administration of the Ministry of Defense for the program of private houses for the MoD personnel.

The members of this Commission debated the request made by the Commission of Defense, Public Order and Security of the Chamber of Deputies for a list with the transfers of buildings or their parts made by the MoD and they also talked about the solution of notifications made by different persons who claimed for terrains and buildings administrated by the Ministry of Defense.
