The European Union A Global Actor Course organized by the National College of Defense was opened by a video message of the Minister of Defense, Teodor Melescanu. The representative of Romania in the Political Committee of Security, Ambassador Viorel Ardeleanu, the Course director Dan Trifanescu and the Chief of Secretary of the European College of Security and Defense, Hans Bernhard Weisserth addressed to the participants in Brussels.

The activity will be developed between September 24 and 28, in Brussels as part of the EU training programs in this domain and aims the understanding of the European strategies of security.

Ever since the beginning of the first day, they approached the issues of security and defense in which the European Union plays an important role.
