A delegation of the Press Trust of the Ministry of Defense, headed by chief editor of the Military Observer, Lieutenant Colonel Dan Gaju participated last week in the annual Congress of the European Military Press Association (EMPA), in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

More than 90 professionals from 24 European countries, Canadian and EU observers participated in this Congress.

During the talks, they have approached the necessity to preserve the military press traditions and to have a journalistic act of quality so that the relations between the European journalists to be improved. They asked for the participants' support for a continuous flux of EMPA site (www.empaonline.com) for the information on the modernization of the armed forces of the states represented in this Congress.
