Defense Minister, Teodor Melescanu, offered today, November 1, in the ceremony, the diplomas to the graduates of the Security and Government high level course at the National College of Defense.

The theme of this series was Romania, NATO and EU Member Chance of Modernization. The seminaries and the topics of the course have been dedicated to the evolutions and opportunities our country has as the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union member state.

The course addresses to persons with high level responsibility in civilian and military (representatives of central and local administration, parliamentarians, Generals, quaestors).
