Lieutenant General Ph.D. Teodor Frunzeti, chief of the Army Staff will participate in the Conference of the Chiefs of Armies from NATO member states, the Partnership for Peace, the Mediterranean Dialogue and the Istanbul Initiative of Cooperation; the Conference will occur in Madrid between November 12 and 15, 2007.

During the Reunion they will approach the Ground Forces participation in the implementation of NATO concept on the Military Cooperation within the Partnership for Peace, the Mediterranean Dialogue and the Istanbul Initiative of Cooperation.

They will also analyze the Ground Forces participation in the international missions and NATO Program of exercises and trainings in 2008-13.
