Chief of General Staff, Admiral Ph.D. Gheorghe Marin will participate Saturday, November 17, in the celebration of 135 years since the establishment of Mircea cel Batran Naval Academy the first Romanian maritime educational institution.

In the celebration to start at 10 a.m. the participants will be the local and central officials, personalities of public life, professors, representatives of the economic institutions, members of military associations of officers in reserve and retreat.
