The Ministry of Defense will organize for the military in missions in the theaters of operations 19 voting sections for the European Parliament and national Referendum on November 25, 2007.

In Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo and Bosnia-Herzegovina there will be the voting sections for the Romanian military to exercise their right of vote, thus:

- Talil, Ad Diwaniyah, Iraq;
- Kabul (2), Qalat, Afghanistan;
- Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina;
- Peci, Pristina, Camp Bondesteel, Kosovo.

The Romanian military participating in international missions (military observers, at Romania's military international representations, and so on) will vote at Romania's diplomatic representations where they are acting.

The military participants in the Parade organized for the National Day of Romania, deployed in Bucharest garrison could vote, according to the law, on supplementary lists at the voting offices in Capital.

According to the Order of Defense Minister issued on November 2, the military, students and pupils from the military education institutions, soldiers and NCOs and civilian personnel can exercise their right to vote, according to the law, in places of residence or in garrisons they are acting in.
