The Romanian military acting in missions in the theaters of operations will exercise their right to vote in the 18 sections (9 for the European Parliament and 9 for the national Referendum).

The voting process will be developed according to the decision of the Central Election Office and till now occurred no incidents.

According to the Order of the Defense Minister, the military, the students and the pupils from the military education institutions, soldiers and volunteers, civilian personnel can exercise their right to vote according to the law, in their places of residence or the garrisons they are acting in.
