The second Reunion of the Ministerial Committee for the implementation of the Agreement of Access between Romania and the United States of America on the activity of the US forces stationed on Romania's territory, occurred Tuesday, December 11, at the MoD HQ.

The Reunion was headed by the president of the Ministerial Committee, Mr. Corneliu Dobritoiu, State Secretary and chief of Department for Policy of Defense and Planning of the Ministry of Defense.

During the Reunion they approached the aspects on the stage of implementation of the Agreement and the conclusions and suggestions after the development of Proof of Principle exercise and MK 2007 simulation exercise.

The Ministerial Committee established through the Decision of the Government no. 565/2007 is a consultative body, with no legal personality, with the main attribution to analyze, establish and assure of setting into application of the necessary measures for the implementation of the Agreement.
