Defense Minister Teodor Melescanu will have a visit in the Low Countries between December 16 and 17, invited by his Dutch counterpart Eimert van Middlekoop.

The two Ministers' talks will be focused on the evaluation of the stage of technical and military cooperation between the two armed forces, the Romanian and Dutch participation in ISAF operations, the NATO training missions in Iraq, the dynamics of PESA, the state of security in the Balkans and the issues of security in the Enlarged Black Sea Region.

Minister Melescanu will have a visit of information, too at Royal Schelde and Vissingen Oost shipyards.
