A IAR 330 PUMA helicopter of the Romanian Air Force at request of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situation of Constanta County had Saturday, January 5, a humanitarian mission to support the population in the snow affected areas in Constanta County.

The helicopter had transported from Plopeni to Constanta an ill man and a pregnant woman. A medical team to grant the medical assistance was also on board.

The military helicopter is in humanitarian intervention combat mission and this mission was performed by the crew headed by Captain Viorel Cojocaru.
