The 328 river tugboat is acting since January 7, in missions of support the isolated population in Tudor Vladimirescu suburb of Tulcea municipality.

The military ship from the 325th Logistic Section Tulcea, subordinated to Constanta Naval Base, ensures the cross of the Danube River especially for the pupils and the emergencies.
The tugboat is performing the missions at request of Tulcea mayoralty, due to the fact that the civilian boats' traffic is forbidden on the Danube River because of the ice floes.

The crew of the ship consists of the NCOs and five volunteer soldiers and the commander of the boat is the principal NCO Vasile Crup.
