The Chief of General Staff, Admiral Gheorghe MARIN, Ph.D. is on official visit in Slovakia, at the invitation of his counterpart, General L'ubomir BULIK, on March 12 to 14.
The official talks will focus on aspects regarding the strengthening of bilateral military cooperation within regional initiatives, within NATO and the European Union.
Admiral Marin's programme will include visits to military units and bases of the Slovakian Armed Forces, as well as to cultural sites.

The Romanian Chief of Defence will lay a wreath at the Romanian Soldiers'Cemetry in Zvolen, on March 13.
