The solemn meeting dedicated to War Veterans Day will be held on April 24, at the Haiducului Military Complex in Bucharest.

Participants in the event will be the Defence Minister, Teodor Melescanu, the Minister of the Interior and Administrative Reform, Cristian David, the Head of the Prime Minister's Cabinet, Dorin Marian, the Chairman of the War Veterans National Association, General Marin Dragnea, representatives of the Presedency, the Parliament, the Government, the Patriarchy, war veterans, and others.

During the ceremony, the war veterans will be awarded medals and plaques by the Romanian Government, and ministers Melescanu and David will sign the giant stamps issued on this occasion by Romfilatelia.
