The 4th annual international Scientific Session "Strategies XXI" be held on April 17 - 18, at the National Defence University "Carol I" in Bucharest, on "Security and Defence in the European Union".

This important scientific event will be attended by almost one thousand representatives of renowned institutions in Belgium, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Jordan, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, United Kingdom and U.S.A.

Ministers, state secretaries, representatives of organizations with responsibilities in the field of national defence and security have been invited to attend together with academics, researchers and defence attaches in Bucharest.

"Strategies XXI" is an adequate framework for a beneficial exchange of opinions, experience and ideas among civilian and military experts in security and defence, management and education, geopolitics, geostrategy, e-learning and educational software, military strategy, IT, law, logistics, finance and accounting, public and intercultural communication.
