A public ceremony dedicated to the Day of the National Anthem will be developed by the Ministry of Defense together with the Ministry of Internal and Administrative Reform, the Prefecture and the General Town Hall of Bucharest, Tuesday, July 29, between 9 and 9.40 a.m. in Piata Tricolorului, in front of the National Military Club Palace.
The representatives of civil and military institutions, military attache accredited in Romania, war veterans, military in reserve and retreat are invited to participate in the event.
The program of ceremony consists in prayers for the Romanian people, speeches and a show of the Band of the 30th Guard Regiment Mihai Viteazu, the Representative Military Band of the Romanian Gendarmerie and singers from the Armed Forces Artistic Assembly. The audience will have the opportunity to listen the well known tunes and military marches.
The public ceremonies to celebrate the Day of the National Anthem will occur all over the country, in municipalities, capitals of counties, at request and with support of the local public administration.
