The Minister of Defence, Teodor Melescanu, will receive Tuesday, September 2, the Minister of Defence from the Kingdom of Sweden, Sten Tolgfors, and the delegation invited to officially visit our country.
The official talks at the MoD HQ will be focused on the common interest issues on NATO partnerships and operations after Bucharest NATO Summit decisions, the ESD policy dynamics, the participation in international peace stability operations and counter-terrorism fight.
The two officials will have talks on the two countries contribution to the Regional Initiatives and the Romanian-Swedish military cooperation, too.
Tuesday, September 2, at 2.15 p.m. Ministers Teodor Melescanu and Sten Tolgfors will have press statement at the MoD HQ.
