The Session of scientific papers dedicated to the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the devise of the national state will be organized Wednesday, November 19 starting 9 a.m. in the Marble Hal of the National Military Club Palace by the National Defense University Carol I and the Academy of Scientists from Romania.
This event's guests are academicians, scientists, professors and researchers that will evoke the process of devise of the Romanian state.
